This course focuses on building core skills, understanding how information is received, developing discernment, and learning how to work in a way that is emotionally grounded, respectful, and sustainable.
This is a beginner-level, educational course. You do not need any prior experience—just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn and practice.
